The comprehensive chipper is a new type of chipper produced by our company.The crawler wood crusher adopts high-strength cutters and power systems, and can handle wood waste with large diameter and high hardness, such as roots, stumps, branches and large pieces of wood. The powerful crushing capacity of the equipment enables it to handle different types of wood waste, provide sufficient raw materials for biomass energy production, and ensure uniform material crushing effect to meet the needs of subsequent processing.

The integrated chipper mainly processes wood of any diameter, wood felling and processing residues (such as branches, twigs, board skin, lath, log core, waste veneer, wood, etc.), and can also be used to cut non-textured raw materials (such as sugar cane, reeds, bamboo, etc.). After the raw materials are cut, they become small wood chips with a relatively large waste scale, which can be used as raw materials for particleboard, medium-density fiberboard, fiberboard and other papermaking industries, and can also be used as fuel. Its application range is wide, such as biomass power plants, wood processing and processing, landscaping and forestry waste gas recovery, etc.

When the integrated chipper is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the wood enters the integrated crusher cavity evenly. The high-speed rotating hammer head impacts, shears and tears the wood to crush it. At the same time, the gravity of the wood itself causes the wood to rush from the high-speed rotating hammer head to the baffle and screen bars in the frame. At the bottom of the rotor, there is a screen plate. The particles smaller than the size of the screen hole in the crushed wood are discharged through the screen plate, and the wood larger than the size of the screen hole is retained on the screen plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer.

Working principle:

The integrated chipper is provided with a vehicle body having a traveling device, a rotary crushing device provided at one end side of the vehicle body for crushing wood into wood, a vane-type supply device provided at the upper part of the rotary crushing device, a carrying-out device provided extending from the lower part of the rotary crushing device to the other end side of the vehicle body in the traveling direction and for carrying out the wood crushed by the rotary crushing device and discharging it to the outside, a driving traveling device arranged between the rotary crushing device and the carrying-out device, and a driving device for the driving source of the rotary crushing device, the vane-type supply device and the carrying-out device.

Performance characteristics:

The integrated chipper consists of a feeding device, a discharging device, a crushing device, a feeding device, etc., wherein the crushing device includes a rotor main shaft, a rotor cutter disc, a flying knife, a knife pin, and a filter screen. The rotor cutter disc is arranged and fixed on the rotor main shaft with gaps, and multiple sets of flying knives are connected to the rotor cutter disc through knife pins.Secondly, a gap is arranged between the flying knife and the filter screen, and a discharge port is connected to a discharge device below the filter screen. The feeding device is composed of an upper pressure roller and a lower pressure roller to form a feeding channel. The end of the feeding channel with a larger opening faces the feed port and is connected to the feeding device, and the other end is connected to the crushing device. The lower pressure roller is composed of feeding rollers arranged in parallel and connected to a feeding conveyor belt. The upper pressure roller is composed of at least one feeding roller and is installed on an upper pressure roller cover.
